Students, teachers and staff working against bullying
Bully Prevention at Dr. G.W. Williams
On April 22nd, Dr. G.W. Williams conducted a Bullying Prevention assembly for the entire student population. At this event the school staff fashioned pink bully prevention t-shirts to show their support for the cause. The goal of the assembly was to bring awareness to the students that the staff at Williams are trying to provide a safe and healthy environment to help promote learning at all grades. In response, the students came together to show their support by designating Wednesday, April 29th their pink shirt day. The students also spoke up about bullying prevention to support the staff in providing a safe and healthy environment.
