SomaFit Wellness is a new boutique fitness studio that will be opening up their doors on January 7th, bringing European Osteopathic Soma Training to Aurora and York Region! Soma Training is a hybrid of Strength & Conditioning and the Osteopathic principles illuminating the interconnection of structures and systems in the body.
