Hillary House Players

Hillary House Players reunited for a special Christmas program celebrating the 150th birthday of Hillary House! "A Canadian Christmas" consisted of a collection of stories, music, and memories from the past 150 years. Original cast members John McIntyre, Jackie Bennett and violinist Hans Fischer were joined by singers Bob McRoberts and Colleen Abbott, as well as Harrison Jarvis on the piano. People piled into the ballroom listening to the story tellers, then joined the group afterward for some light refreshments in the old kitchen. It was a great opportunity for those who had never visited the historic home to walk through each room reminiscing of the stories they had just heard.
