Singer/songwriter Alex Hickey stopped by Aurora for a night of music, laughter and good spirits. The Aurora Cultural Centre hosted a concert for Alex while she was on tour for her new CD "Blackbirds". She spoke and sang about her life experiences from as far away as Novia Scotia and as close to home as Toronto. Guests were able to enjoy her soft guitar rock with chocolate and a cup of coffee in hand. The audience caught on quick to the lyrics and even joined in to the moving music.
