Our 4 week Challenges provide a fun, motivating, supportive environment where men and women of all ages can lose weight through a bit of a Challenge. "Biggest Losers" win cash prizes! Weekly activities will include goal setting, discussion, and incorporate nutrition topics such as meal planning, healthy snacking, understanding protein, carbs, & fats, and more, as well as 30 minutes of fun exercise suitable to group.
